This painting is one of my favourites! I knew it was going to be a hit from the moment I laid my eyes on the actual sunflowers. It’s their colour that makes all the difference.
One characteristic of my style, which I call “Loose Realism,” is that my paintings will have a smooth background with a textured foreground. This gives added depth to my finished work.
