Using overlapping flecks of paint throughout the entire canvas: I put red over blue and blue flecks over red: these colours should merge together taking on each other’s qualities. In theory, a red dot placed in a blue background will take on the characteristics of said blue, and vice versa, therefore blending in the eyes of the beholder.
